Senior Developer (m/w/d)

What you can expect:

Build the future product (around 80%)

You'll play a key role in shaping both the product and its architecture:

Design and develop new product features, primarily in the frontend and occasionally in backend services when required
Contribute to architectural decisions around our microfrontend landscape
Define boundaries, interface contracts, shared components and deployment strategies
Drive high-quality user experiences across complex configuration, modelling and data visualization screens
Collaborate closely with Product and challenge requirements constructively
Influence technical direction rather than simply implementing specifications

Improve and maintain existing products (around 20%)

You will also contribute to our established platform used by more than 250 customers:

Implement enhancements and bug fixes in our Java/Spring applications
Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and business processes
Help ensure reliability and quality in business-critical systems

What we are looking for:

Required skills

6+ years of professional software development experience
Significant experience building rich user interfaces
Strong React expertise including: Component architecture, State management, Performance optimization and Testing strategies
Ability to independently design frontend architectures and define application boundaries
Strong sense for UI/UX and product usability
Experience working in agile product organizations
Professional English and French communication skills

What will make you stand out

Hands-on experience with microfrontend architectures in production environments
Experience with Module Federation, Single-SPA or Web Components
Interest in backend development and cross-stack problem solving
Strong product mindset and focus on delivering customer value
Attention to quality and maintainability
Ability to give and receive constructive technical feedback
Experience working effectively with AI-assisted development tools

Nice to have

Java and Spring development experience
Knowledge of data integration and data governance domains such as:
ESB, BPM, MDM or Data Catalog
