What you can expect:

Support and gradually take ownership of customer implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and handover to Customer Support.
Coordinate project activities between customers, consultants, developers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality objectives.
Build trusted relationships with customer project managers and actively contribute to project success.
Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure transparent communication between all project stakeholders.
Contribute to a collaborative and solution-oriented project environment.

What were looking for:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within software, IT, digital transformation, or implementation projects.
A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
Alternatively, equivalent professional experience gained through a technical or business background.
Experience coordinating project activities, stakeholders, or project teams.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Excellent German skills and good English communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
