Atlassian Cloud Specialist (f/m/d)

• Take holistic responsibility for the Atlassian Cloud environment: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Guard.
• Administrate, optimize, and evolve these tools according to the needs of our internal teams.
• Customize projects, workflows, boards, permissions, and automations for each department, from product development to internal projects to customer service.
• Advise teams on best practices for using Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence, especially on topics such as version control, agile control, and knowledge management.
• Develop Jira solutions for our internal departments, e.g. product development, projects, service management or support, and support agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban).
• Make the most of Jira's integration with Bitbucket and Confluence.
• Continue to transform Confluence into a modern knowledge platform that is more than just a classic document repository.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and agile metrics to give teams and management a clear view of progress, capacity, and process quality.
• Create transparency and efficiency through automated workflows and standardized processes.
• Independently handle tickets and requests from daily operations – from simple user questions to more complex error analyses.
• Manage user and authorization management across all Atlassian products, including Atlassian Guard, while keeping an eye on compliance and security requirements.
• Work closely with the internal departments to continuously develop our tools and adapt them to new requirements.
• Conduct training and support users so that all teams use Atlassian products efficiently and securely.
• Document processes, configurations and adjustments in such a way that they are transparent and comprehensible – also with regard to governance and compliance.

• You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian cloud products such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• You have some experience with Atlassian Guard or are ready to familiarize yourself with the security topics of the Atlassian Cloud.
• You can configure Jira projects, workflows, fields, boards, and permissions on your own and customize them to meet the needs of your teams.
• You are familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and knowhow Jira optimally supports agile teams.
• You have experience integrating Jira with Bitbucket and Confluence and understand the relationships between version control, task control, and knowledge management.
• You have knowledge of user, role and rights management for cloud applications and pay attention to security and compliance aspects.
• Ideally, you have some experience with automations, reporting solutions or interfaces (e.g. REST API, Automation for Jira).
• You work in a solution-oriented way, think along with you and enjoy actively shaping processes – not just working through tickets.
• You can document technical topics in a comprehensible way and share knowledge within the company.
• You are open to new things, like to develop yourself further and would like to take on more responsibility in your role step by step.
