Cyber Security Architect (m/w/d)

What you can expect:

In this key role, you will be responsible for our company-wide Cyber and Cloud security architecture—from strategic vision to technical implementation.

Enterprise Strategy: Design and govern our global security standards, architecture principles, and security patterns for platforms and applications.
Cloud & Zero Trust: Lead the security design for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments. You will develop our Zero Trust roadmap across identities, endpoints, data, and networks.
Consultancy & Modeling: Perform threat modeling and risk assessments, advising our product, platform, and DevSecOps teams on "Secure by Design" principles.
Engineering Oversight: Ensure the stability, cost-control, and maintainability of security solutions. You’ll review implementations from Cloud, Network, and IAM teams to ensure they meet our high standards.
Detection & Automation: Collaborate closely with the SOC and Security Engineering to integrate logging, telemetry, and incident response processes.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for an expert who started in Security Engineering and has evolved into a strategic Architect.

Experience: Several years of experience as a Cyber Security Engineer (Network, Cloud, IAM, SIEM) followed by a proven track record in a Security Architecture or Lead role.
Microsoft Ecosystem Expert: Deep practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure & M365, specifically with Entra ID (IAM, PIM), Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender for Cloud.
Architectural Mindset: Strong understanding of Zero Trust models and the ability to translate security needs into business-oriented, scalable solutions.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with managing security standards across heterogeneous environments (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).
Bonus Points: Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus, as is experience with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST.
Soft Skills: High level of initiative, structured analytical thinking, and the ability to bridge the communication gap between Engineering and Management.
