We are looking for a Quality Engineer (f/m/d) as soon as possible

Mission

The Software Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in the company by ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards. Through comprehensive testing and quality control, the role helps to ensure the reliability, security and performance of the software.

Ensuring the accuracy and stability of software products
Optimization of quality processes to increase efficiency
Fulfillment of defined quality targets and KPIs
Contribution to the continuous improvement of software quality

General Skills

Effective communication with development teams and other relevant stakeholders
Problem solving skills and proactive approach
Teamwork and collaboration in the context of agile development environments
You have a high level of quality awareness as well as strong analytical thinking skills and a high level of methodological competence.
You enjoy developing solutions and implementing them on your own initiative
You are a team player and proactively share your knowledge and experience with your team members
Ideally, you already have some experience in designing NFR tests (performance, load and stress tests)

Qualifications

Completed studies or training in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Additional certificates or further training in software quality are an advantage.
ISTQB Certified Tester Certification (Desirable)
Basic knowledge in Docker (Desirable)
Basic knowledge in Linux (Desirable)
Basic knowledge in cloud technologies (Azure) (Desirable)
Use of test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestComplete or similar
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes

Your activities

As a Quality Engineer (f/m/d) you will design, implement and maintain (partially) automated system, regression and end-to-end tests
You promote quality awareness in a development SCRUM team and support your colleagues in the creation of test concepts and test plans
You work independently and always keep an eye on the overall context (function, usability and design)
You further expand our test environment and test infrastructure
You document the test results and use them to create meaningful test reports
In an agile environment, you work on the continuous improvement of work processes and always have the customer in focus
