• Lead, coach and develop a team of Technical Consultants, Architects and Project Manager.
• Drive resource planning, workforce allocation, utilization, and capacity management to maximize delivery efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for customer success.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, PMO, Product Management and Customer Operations to align delivery capabilities with business priorities.
• Own the successful delivery of customer engagements across your region, ensuring customer satisfaction, project profitability, delivery quality, and achievement of business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development to build a skilled and scalable consulting organization.
• Provide insights on team performance, capacity and utilization to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and develop the team's technical and consulting capabilities through coaching, mentoring, training, and career development initiatives.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery-related customer issues and collaborate across teams to achieve successful outcomes.

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Delivery Management, or a comparable customer-facing technology leadership role.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical or cross-functional teams.
• Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management and service delivery operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Good understanding of Professional Services business models, including resource utilization and delivery efficiency.
• Experience with software, SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
• Willingness to travel within the region when required.
